One of those bagged salads that comes with all the accoutrements inside, in a smaller bag. It was an Asian salad and had little wonton strips, dried cherries, and a sweet dijon dressing. From Food Lion. And water.

Slept in late today.......
Fried egg and cheese on whole wheat bread, coffee, and a few of the delicious Christmas cookies given to me by a co-worker. Homemade too!

chef salad and a cup of goulash soup from the Stube, and water. they put the best stuff in their chef salads -- marinated carrot slaw, cucumber salad, potato salad etc. highly recommended.

A baked tater, boneless chicken breast, and a Coke Zero. I cooked the chicken and potato in the microwave using those new microwave steaming bags. The chicken turned out great, but I had to do further nuking to get the potato right.

taters are like that!
I had sliced rotissier (sp?) chicken, cole slaw and cranberry sauce. I kinda eat it all together! Have to have my sweet and sour with the protein!

it was that good huh? If its any consolation my turkey and swiss tasted like its been sitting out for a couple days...blech!

Meatballs, been in the office freezer for a while, but the package was unopened and didn't have anyone's name on it.
Only ate about 1/3 of the 2lb package, hope nobody gets mad.

Bentley's Bagels special sandwich of the day -- cracked pepper turkey, jalapeno cream cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato on a toasted whole wheat bagel -- and a tea with Splenda. Yummers!
