HARTFORD, CT - 10.18.2012 - ENT- Students from Parkville Elementary School in Hartford take a look at the handywork of Bob Oucher as he stains a newly-installed black granite monument at the Dwight Branch of the Hartford Public Library on the corner of Park Street and New Park Ave. in the Parkville section of Hartford. Oucher owns and operates Connecticut Valley Monument in South Windsor. The branch library has been closed since last October while undergoing renovations.
