Contractors with Wiese Construction of Norwich work on footings to pour concrete around the foundation of Gay Reichart and her husband Gene Falcone's Oak Grove Beach cottage in East Lyme Thursday afternoon. Hurricane Sandy washed away the footing on their shoreline home after it slammed the state on Monday.
