YMCA Livestrong - Linda Finlay

Linda Finlay works on arm and chest strength at the YMCA in PLainville which offers a program called Livestrong. It provides a 12 week free membership for cancer survivors of any type, any time, who learn how to live a healthier life. The classes teach how to use the various machines, provide mini classes in zumba, yoga, wall climbing, water aerobics, as well as information about nutrition and wellness. Linda Finlay had breast cancer and is working to get back in shape.
