Constitution Day event at HCC

Hagerstown Community College Tuesday hosted its annual Constitution Day event in the Student Center. Guest speakers were Art Callaham, former executive director of the Greater Hagerstown Committee, and his wife, Ruth Anne Callaham, a Washington County commissioner, shown speaking. They were to speak on civil liberties and civil responsibilities in the United States.
