Tanker toppled

Luke Horst talks Friday while a salvage crew prepares a fertilizer truck for removal from an I-70 crash site near Hancock. The driver for Paramount Feed and Supply of Hagerstown swerved off the roadway and the truck turned upside down, spilling most of its load of liquid fertilizer and insecticide. Horst was called to the scene because he had mixed the chemicals for the delivery.
