School nurse layoffs opposed

Loren Villa tells the Washington County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday night of her opposition to their recent decision to eliminate funding for school nurses program. She is a parent of a school-age child with medical issues. The commissioners met Tuesday in Smithsburg Town Hall.
