Left to right, attorney Rich Rochlin and his clerk Dennis Durao patiently wait for Lisa Prout, a heath care worker at CVH in Middletown, who will make a statement in regards to her D-SNAP hearing Thursday afternoon. Prout is the first of the state workers that are being investigated for qualifying for the D-SNAP funds after the October snow storm. The press conference was held in a commuter lot across the street from CVH.
