We tasted: "Spinach, Feta & Cage-free egg white Breakfast Wrap," a colorful and lower calorie alternative to the other egg options.

Cost: $3.25

Nutris: 280 calories

Plus: Love the take on a Greek omelet, with its tomato bits, spinach and feta.

Minus: The whole-wheat wrap can overwhelm the insides.
