Film review: 'Pirates of the Carribbean: On Stranger Tides' is a ship without a rudder

It has been eight years since Disney first turned its popular amusement park attraction into a feature film with 2003's "Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl."The film had little to do with the ride and a lot to do with Capt. Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp).
