Free Qi Gong yoga class Saturday, Dec. 1

Ali Sherbiny with SUFI Acupuncture and Healing will offer a free Qi Gong class from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, at 28 S. Potomac St., Suite 2R, downtown Hagerstown. Sherbiny is a first-generation American with Egyptian heritage. He was raised in Arlington, Va., and has been involved with Chinese medicine since 1995. To register for the class, call 301-358-5549.
