“Honoring the Woman” is a six-part monthly mini-retreat for women on Saturdays. The first retreat, with the theme, “Know Your Beauty,” will be from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Saturday, March 9, at SUFI Acupuncture, 28 S. Potomac St., No. 2R, downtown Hagerstown.
Cost is $65 per class.

May 11: Movement yoga and stretching
June 8: Style revelation
July 13: Emotional mindfulness
Aug. 10: Movement: intro to belly dancing
