TRIAD of Washington County, a senior citizen advocacy organization, will have a free seminar from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Western Maryland Hospital Center Auditorium, 1500 Pennsylvania Ave., Hagerstown.
