Custody and visitation decisions made by parents and the courts are critical to the well-being and effective treatment of children of separated and divorced parents. Mental health professionals are frequently called upon to participate in these decisions, which often present ethical challenges.
This seminar will focus on legal and ethical issues for mental health and social service providers who are treating and providing services to children of separated or divorced parents, and who are called upon to provide relevant custody and visitation information to evaluators, attorneys and courts.
The seminar fee is $49.
