MARTINSBURG, W.Va.—
Seven women will vie for the title of Miss Berkeley County during the annual Miss Berkeley County Scholarship Pageant at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at the Apollo Civic Theatre in downtown Martinsburg.
"America's Sweethearts" is the theme for the Miss Berkeley County Scholarship pageant.
Additionally, seven teens will vie for two Outstanding Teens titles — Miss Berkeley County and Miss North Eastern.
