BOLIVAR, W.Va.—The next SouperTuesday dinner and cooking/nutrition class will be Tuesday, April 24, at the Bolivar Community College Center, 60 Panama St., Bolivar.
Shepherdstown, W.Va., chef Liz Gallery will demonstrate a seasonal asparagus and mushroom soup recipe. Dr. Alissa Harris will teach a 45-minute class on "A Balanced Vegetarian Diet: Good Nutrition without Meat."

Class is at 6 p.m. Dinner is at 6:45 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by Justin Starnes. Cost is $15.
