Gene and Margie Farley of Williamsport celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Nov. 3, 2012, with a surprise dinner in their honor at Hoss’s in Martinsburg, W.Va.
The anniversary celebration was hosted by their children and attended by their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as relatives and friends from West Virginia, Maryland and Virginia.
Their children include daughter Debbie Johnson and spouse Billy of Shenandoah Junction, W.Va.; son Larry and spouse Stephanie of Hagerstown; son Gary of Hagerstown; and son Billy of Williamsport.
The Farleys have four grandchildren, Dayna Elliott, Toby Johnson (and spouse Kristi), Joshua Farley, and John “Jake” Farley.
They have five great-grandchildren, Daja and Tiara Elliott, and Khyla, Kadin and Kane Johnson.
The Farleys were married Nov. 2, 1952.
