Deadline to be Miss Washington County/Miss Western Maryland contestant is due Saturday, Dec. 15

The Miss Washington County/Miss Western Maryland Scholarship Program is seeking contestants for their upcoming pageant. The event will be Saturday, Feb. 16, at Kepler Theater at Hagerstown Community College.
