The Tuesday, May 22, SouperTuesday dinner will feature Kristen Dorsey of Divine Journeys. She will speak about native, wild edibles in the area.The class is at 6 p.m. Dinner starts at 6:45 p.m. at Bolivar Community Center, 60 Panama St., Bolivar.
Dr. Alissa Harris will talk about nutrition and Chef Liz Gallery will show how to make ramp and potato soup.
Cost is $15; only 30 tickets will be sold.
