PICTURES: 7th annual Harvest Festival
Tim Dellatore, chef at Blue Catcus, in Bethlehem, serves up some pork nachos during the 7th annual Harvest Festival in downtown Bethlehem on Saturday. It's the first year that the restaurant has had a stand at the festival, and according to owner and chef Adam Gangewere (not shown) they plan on coming back next year. He estimates that they will go thru about 40 lbs of pork by the end of the day. The festival features beer and soup sampling, music, and activities such as a petting zoo and paint your own pumpkin.
