This is an entree that was prepared by culinary students at Northampton Community College on Tuesday at the Hampton Winds Restaurant. The students are cooking a 4 course meal for a contest. It is a two day event and the top three students win a trip to New Orleans to work in Emeril Lagasse's restaurant.
