MIDLAND
SARTELL, Minn. - Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton is pledging the state will do ''everything it possibly can'' to get Sartell's fire-ravaged paper mill operating again.
Dayton visited the Verso Paper Corp. mill on Tuesday, the day after a fire killed one worker and injured four.
The St. Cloud Times reported Minnesota OSHA opened its investigation into the fire Tuesday.
