After an 11-month hiatus, Thin Mints are finally coming back.
Girls Scouts who sell cookies can be spotted today in parking lots and kiosks, including Wal-Mart, Big Kmart, ShopKo, Ken's Superfair Foods, Kessler's, and Runnings Farm and Fleet, among other locations, said Laura Ann Mount, membership specialist for Girl Scouts-Dakota Horizons.
Scouts will also be selling cookies door-to-door, she said.
Eight varieties of cookies are available: Caramel Delights, Peanut Butter Patties, Thanks a Lots, Lemonades, Shortbread, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, the newly added Mango Cremes and, of course, Thin Mints.
Cookies will continue to be sold until March 9, Mount said.
