The Sun noted that Gov. Martin O'Malley has finally spoken up regarding the speed camera issue, especially as it pertains to Baltimore City ("O'Malley: No ticket bounties," Dec. 12).
I did not read the article. I don't pay heed to anything the governor says any more. You see, in my mind, he has already moved on to supposedly greener pastures.
