Judge continues to ask Dyer to move more swiftly in cross-examinations

The administrative judge hearing the Howard school board's request to remove member Allen Dyer continued his repeated urgings Wednesday for Dyer to move more swiftly in cross-examining witnesses and save arguments against the case for when he is asked to testify.
