Ionia County's 9-1-1 emergency phone service has been restored.The outage started at about 8 p.m. Friday. AT&T went to work on the problem. Meanwhile, residents of Ionia County could call 9-1-1 but calls were being taken by another dispatch center.
The county also advised that residents could call (616) 527-0400 to speak with an Ionia County dispatcher directly.
Ionia County notified FOX 17 NEWS that the 9-1-1 emergency phone service was restored at 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
