Man charged in Kristy Dawn Hoke's death is competent to stand trial

WAYNESBORO, PA. -- A State Line, Pa., man charged with criminal homicide in the Easter weekend slaying of a mother of three has been found mentally competent to undergo court proceedings, according to court officials.
