CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. —
Twenty-six burglaries were reported at homes and businesses between July 14 and Aug. 8, Chambersburg police said in a news release.The burglaries occurred at all times of day, police said.
“The Chambersburg Police Department has developed leads in some of these incidents,” the news release stated.
Police said they encourage people to secure buildings and close first-floor windows. If robbed, residents or business people are encouraged to provide 911 operators with a description of any suspect and the direction in which that person traveled.
