Eastbound Dual Highway re-opened after propane truck leak

The eastbound lanes of Dual Highway near Eastern Boulevard were closed for almost two hours Friday afternoon while rescue workers responded to an AmeriGas truck that was leaking propane in the parking lot of a strip mall.
