From dumping ground to playground

During the dedication ceremony of the new Shifler Family Community Center on George Street in Hagerstown on Sunday, Salvation Army Major Robert Lyle holds onto a glass bottle found in what was an old dumping ground that has now been turned into a playground to remind people that from the ashes new dreams can be made.
