Boost Mobile robbery

Hagerstown police are searching for a man in a reported armed robbery Tuesday night of a Dual Highway cellphone store, a Washington County Emergency Services dispatcher said.

A white man with a handgun entered Boost Mobile at 1201 Dual Highway and robbed the store before fleeing, the dispatcher said.

There were no reported injuries and the call for the robbery went out at 6:27 p.m., the dispatcher said.

The man, believed to be between 18 and 20 years old, is approximately 6 feet tall and 120 pounds with blond hair. He was wearing a black shirt and black jeans, the dispatcher said.

Police are canvassing the area in search of the man, the dispatcher said.

Further details were not yet available as of about 7:10 p.m.
