Hearings set for Washington County men charged in Falling Waters woman's slaying

Preliminary hearings for men charged in the death of Vickie E. Clem and stabbing of her husband in a violent burglary last week at the couple’s Falling Waters, W.Va., area home have been scheduled for Thursday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court, records show.
