A man has been charged in a warrant in connection with a domestic dispute Thursday night in the 300 block of Ridge Avenue in Hagerstown, police said.
Howard Nathaniel Cummings, 25, address not provided, was charged with second-degree assault, according to Hagerstown Police Lt. Tom Langston.
Langston said the incident happened at 10 p.m., when a woman was struck in the face by a thrown objet.
The woman was taken to Meritus Medical Center east of Hagerstown to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, Langston said.
