Man gets 15 years for burglaries, including two at retired judge's home

A 24-year-old Hagerstown man accused of several residential burglaries, including the homes of relatives and twice at the home of a retired judge, was sentenced Monday in Washington County Circuit Court to 15 years in state prison.
