Police: Miles confessed to 1995 bludgeoning death of Waynesboro teen

More than two years after finding her remains on a Franklin County, Pa., farm, investigators Thursday filed criminal charges in the 1995 bludgeoning death of a Waynesboro, Pa., teenager.
