John Walla

John Walla is the owner of Black Eyed Susan Restaurant & Catering at 17102 Virginia Ave. in Williamsport. Walla, who has 22 years of experience in the culinary field, told county liquor officials Wednesday that he is contemplating moving the business to a larger building north of Hagerstown.
