Hagerstown Police report incidents

The Hagerstown Police Department responded to the following incidents, according to spokeswoman Barbara Pickett:

June 10

• A controlled dangerous substance violation was reported in the 20 block of North Cannon Avenue. An arrest was made.
• A pedestrian was struck in an accident at West Washington Street and Buena Vista Avenue.
• A burglary was reported at a basement apartment in the 400 block of South Potomac Street.
• A shoplifting was reported at the Walmart on Garland Groh Boulevard. An arrest was made.
• A burglary was reported in the 100 block of East Avenue.
• An animal bite was reported in the 200 block of Frederick Street.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 100 block of West Bethel Street. An arrest was made.

June 9

• A domestic violence referral was made in the 900 block of Maryland Avenue.
• A domestic violence incident was reported at Cancun Cantina on Dual Highway.
• A violation of a protective order was reported in the 900 block of Ross Street.
• A domestic violence referral was made in the 1100 block of Kenly Avenue.
• A burglary was reported in the 900 block of Forrest Drive.
• A hit-and-run incident was reported at Sonic at 1710 Dual Highway.
• A domestic violence incident was reported at the Weis store on Eastern Boulevard.
• A handgun was stolen from a vehicle in the Jonathan Street area.

June 8

• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 600 block of Adams Avenue.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 800 block of Virginia Avenue.
• A burglary was reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street.
• A domestic violence referral was made in the 200 block of South Locust Street.

June 7

• A domestic violence referral was made in the 200 block of Summit Avenue.
• A strong-armed robbery was reported on Broadway.
• A breaking and entering into a shed was reported in the 900 block of Oak Hill Avenue.
• A theft from a vehicle was reported in the 12000 block of Little Elliott Drive.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 500 block of Salem Avenue.
• A bike was stolen in the 1000 block of Woodland Way.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 1000 block of Kuhn Avenue.
• A domestic violence referral was made in the 1400 block of Kensington Avenue.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 100 block of Summit Avenue.
• A domestic violence referral was made in the 1600 block of Church Street.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 1000 block of Florida Avenue. An arrest was made.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 1000 block of Kuhn Avenue.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 800 block of Virginia Avenue.

June 6

• A black 1998 Chrysler Concord was stolen in the 100 block of South Locust Street. The car had an unauthorized Maryland license plate 6AR3866.
• An incident involving cruelty to animals, disorderly conduct and resisting was reported in the 800 block of Mulberry Avenue. An arrest was made.
• A domestic violence incident was reported in the 800 block of West Franklin Street.
• A theft from a vehicle occurred at House of Kobe at 757 Dual Highway.

June 5

• A domestic violence referral was made in the 800 block of Monet Drive.
