Pa. State Police seek person who placed nails in roadways
Pennsylvania State Police said they were searching for the person who placed nails on Cherry Lane near Harrisonville in Fulton County, causing the vehicles of numerous hunters to get flat tires.
The nails were spread between Sunday night and Monday morning on Cherry Lane and a small section of Pleasant Ridge Road, according to a state police news release.
Those roadways are about 2 1/2 miles away from U.S. 30.

Washington County Sheriff’s Office reports incidents
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reported the following incidents from 8 a.m. Monday to 8 a.m. Tuesday:
- A burglary was reported in the 100 block of Hump Road.
- Vandalism was reported in the 18400 block of Wissett Way.
- A theft was reported in the 16600 block of Tammany Lane.
