Rainy spring hindered work at Dual Highway and Edgewood Drive

Work at the intersection of Dual Highway and Edgewood Drive took longer than expected because of a rainy spring, but it should be finished in early September, barring any unforeseen issues, a State Highway Administration official said Thursday.
