Storms lead to more estimated electric bills

With many Potomac Edison meter readers assigned to other duties after Hurricane Irene in late August and again two months later after the late October snowstorm, some customers might have noticed more estimated bills in recent months than usual, Potomac Edison spokesman Todd Meyers said.
