Flying out of Wichita is about to become more difficult. Frontier Airlines announced it plans to stop flying from Wichita to Denver. Frontier was receiving a half-million dollars a year from the state's Fair Fares program just for offering service in Wichita. A spokeswomam for the airport tells the Wichita Eagle that the news is disappointing because she felt travelers supported Frontier Airlines.
