The shelves at Wichita's Ronald McDonald House are full to overflowing right now.
Farm Bureaus from four area counties...Tuesday donated more than 14-hundred dollars in food.
They bought the food at a discount from Leeker's Family Foods and delivered it to the house.
The Ronald McDonald House provides a place to stay for about 20 families a night, who have sick or injured children staying in local hospitals.
Not having to worry about food during that stressful time is a real blessing.
Lauren Werhan from Ronald McDonald House tells us, "We're able to serve families from all the different counties here in Kansas, from across state lines and even internationally at times and so when they come in and see all this food just the smiles that light up on their faces, I mean they're just so grateful it's amazing".
This is the 15th year that Farm Bureau has donated food to Ronald McDonald house.
