A two-vehicle collision in Interstate 83 North past Ruxton Road in Baltimore County at 9:08 a.m. Friday has closed one of two northbound shoulders, according to the state Department of Transportation.
The Maryland Transportation reported that morning-long delays on the light rail and MARC train continued at 9:22 a.m.
