19-year-old Williamsport woman flown to Baltimore with second-degree burns

A 19-year-old Williamsport woman was flown to a Baltimore hospital Thursday night after she was burned on her face, upper torso and leg when somebody threw alcohol on a campfire , the Maryland State Fire Marshal’s Office said.
