A 8-year-old girl sustained minor injuries when she was struck Sunday afternoon by a car at 620 W. Washington St., according to a Hagerstown Police Department spokesman.
It appears the girl was at fault in the accident, which was reported at 1:28 p.m., according to Hagerstown Police Sgt. Ben Lyncha.
The girl was taken to Meritus Medical Center, he said.
