A sport utility vehicle crashed into the side of a house Wednesday morning in the 7900 block of Sharpsburg Pike (Md. 65), according to Lt. Tom Newton of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
There was no information about possible injuries in the 8:31 a.m. accident.
A Honda CR-V came to rest in a ditch facing the side of the house at 7918 Sharpsburg Pike. The vehicle’s front end was damaged and the driver’s air bag deployed.
Maryland State Police and the Fairplay Volunteer Fire Department also responded to the accident.
