The finalists have been named for the 12th annual Washington County Business Awards, which will be presented Wednesday, Feb. 23, at the Hager Hall Grand Ballroom in Hagerstown.
The optional black-tie event will begin with a cocktail reception at 5 p.m. followed by a banquet dinner at 6:15 p.m. WHAG's Pieter Bickford and Mary King will emcee the awards ceremony.
