A Hagerstown man has been charged in a warrant in connection with the Wednesday morning robbery of The Columbia Bank on Wesel Boulevard.
Charles Sylvester Bolden III, 46, of Hagerstown, was charged in the warrant with one count each of armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault, threat of arson and theft under $10,000, according to a Hagerstown Police Department news release.

Officers were called at about 11 a.m. Wednesday for a report of a robbery at The Columbia Bank at 1571 Wesel Blvd.
