A restaurant in downtown Hagerstown has closed after being in business a little less than a year.

Robert Everhart, chairman of the Board of License Commissioners for Washington County, known as the liquor board, said Bob Hagerman, the former owner of Spin at 43 S. Potomac St., turned in his liquor license last month.

Liquor board records show that the license was turned in Dec. 17.
