A spokeswoman for the Anne Arundel County state’s attorney said Thursday the review has been postponed so Kyle Nolan Tanner can undergo an emergency psychological evaluation.

Spokeswoman Kristen Fleckenstein said Tanner does not appear to have a current residence, and she doesn’t believe he has an attorney yet.

Tanner, 25, was charged Wednesday after the incident. Police said Tanner began yelling expletives during a showing of “Madagascar 3.” Police said Tanner left the theater twice. He came back and started pointing at people in the audience and acting as if he had a gun. Police said people fled the theater.
